Stuart has worked in the industry for 25 years and held senior management positions with Lufthansa, GM Sales, Dragonair, GM Cargo, Uniserve, Airfreight Manager and Thomas Cook Airlines, GM Cargo before joining EuroGSA in 2007 in the Managing Directors role.
During his time at the helm Stuart has seen the companies profile grow from strength to strength and his commitment to the role has seen the portfolio of airlines rapidly evolve with a wide range of diversity between the carriers that we represent.
A once keen rugby player, Stuart has now retired from playing but is still involved with his local club where he is Chairman of the junior section and a coach to one of the teams there.
One of the more experienced members of our team Jon has worked at the cargo terminal for over 25 years in various roles, he spent seven years at Servisair as an assistant duty manager before moving to Air Hong Kong as an assistant terminal services manager, then to Dragonair where he assumed the role of UK & Ireland cargo manager before ending up with EuroGSA as the general manager of operations.
Jon is responsible for overseeing the various airlines that we represent and project managing any EuroGSA and ad-hoc operations that we are involved with.
A keen family man, Jon enjoys walking, reading, photography, DIY and travelling.
Mark has held several positions across the industry over his twenty-one years in cargo from trucking companies to handling agents to airlines. He started out as a loadmaster for Air Hong Kong and then held positions at several other companies including BOC Aviation, Galaxy Air Cargo, Dragonair, MyTravel and then Thomas Cook where he assumed the role of Cargo Manager before the cargo function was outsourced by the airline in 2010. He joined EuroGSA at this point but decided to leave to pursue other ventures after a years’ service, after a hiatus from the cargo industry Mark has re-joined the company as our Network Development & Compliance Manager where he will be responsible for implementing new procedures across the company and liaising with our global handling and GSA networks.
In his spare time Mark is a keen amateur golfer who is focused on trying to reduce his handicap, weather and family commitments permitting, and he also enjoys watching football, in particularly Manchester United (but we tend not to hold that against him in the office).
John “Bill” Collins
John, or Bill as he is more commonly known is our UK Sales Executive and he is responsible for setting our sales & promotional direction as well as conducting external sales calls to our customers.
Bill has worked in the industry since 2005 when he began his career with Dragonair, he then moved to MyTravel, survived the merger with Thomas Cook and then when the cargo department was outsourced in 2010 moved to EuroGSA.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing rugby and drinking but not necessarily in that order.
Originally hailing from South Africa, Anthony came to the UK as a child and settled in the North-West. He is the office supervisor and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and ensuring all day to day functions are completed.
After university he has held a diverse range of jobs, from being a DJ in a local nightclub to working in a scuba diving resort. From 2000 he has held various positions in the industry including being a dispatcher for Servisair and cabin crew for Air Atlanta and XL Airways.
His interests include cycling, camping and travelling, and on one of his most recent holidays he journeyed as far as forty percent of the way down the French countryside. Anthony is also a qualified light aircraft pilot but doesn’t get much chance to fly these days preferring to spend time with his children of a weekend.
Zubair joined the EuroGSA team in May 2011, he came to the UK from Pakistan in 2004 to complete a Masters degree in Business Administration at Liverpool John Moores University and liked the area so much that he decided to settle here.
He previously worked at Thomas Cook as an administration coordinator and then a ULD controller before moving to EuroGSA and taking up a role on our operations team.
He enjoys playing cricket, listening to music and cooking and everyone in the office looks forward to him bringing in one of his chicken karahi’s for us to eat.
Grace is the youngest member of our team, she comes to us after completing an aviation course at St Mary’s College in Blackburn where she was also a member of their debating team. She has previously worked as a waitress and barmaid in her home town of Burnley.
She is a member of the operations team with a special interest in the AVI and human remains sections of our business.
In her free time she enjoys socializing with friends, holidays and watching films. Her favourite holiday location is Florida where she likes to visit the theme parks and all you can eat restaurants, go shopping at the Florida Mall and watch Jimmy Buffett concerts.
Lewis joins us as a graduate from the University of Warwick, where completed his degree in Physics & Business Studies in 2013. His position as a Cargo Services Agent is his first real step on the job ladder and his role encompasses every aspect of the day to day operations of the business as well as covering his core role as part of our AVI team. His previous job experience includes a customer facing role at Argos and a position at a chocolate factory where Lewis used to pack 30,000 Mini Milky Ways a shift.
He is a keen reader and watcher of Science-Fiction and splits his time between his home in the North-West and travelling to visit his girlfriend in Warwick where they go to gigs or the theatre. Lewis is also an aeronautical enthusiast and likes to visit as many air shows as possible including Farnborough where he has attended the event for the past seven years.
Joe is our newest recruit to the business, he works closely with our management team and produces the reports to provide them with the information to make future business decisions.
Before joining our team Joe worked at Subway as an purchase ledger clerk before working his way up to their management accounts team where he completed his CIMA accreditation.
A fan of all sports with a particular interest in football and cricket, Joe also enjoys going to the cinema and spending time with his wife and family.
Richard is our Network & Accounts Administrator, he liaises with our overseas GSA’s and handling companies, completes the monthly invoicing and billing and assists the company accountant with any issues that arise during the course of the day.
After finishing his degree in 2005, Richard worked at Mere Golf & Country Club Resort as the Chief Cashier before moving to MyTravel in 2007, after the company merged with Thomas Cook he moved with the rest of the department to EuroGSA when the cargo function was outsourced.
To relax, he enjoys going to the gym, reading, playing rugby and watching films.
